Positive Parenting Programme
Actions
The Positive Parenting Programme (PPP) is an 8 week course which runs throughout the year. PPP offers parents multiple techniques in order to educate them on building stronger bonds between themselves and their child. The programme educates parents on positive communication methods to use with their children, as well as how to apply their learning. The aim of PPP is to establish a more harmonious environment within the family by providing resources for success.
The course provides a friendly, relaxed, and open environment for parents to open up about issues that they experience with parenting. This programme serves as a growing and learning experience and is free of judgement. During this programme the parents are supplied with different resources including a official PPP book.
